Choosing a Plan
1. Starter
3 connected sources and 2 users. Includes Data Hub, Decision Engine, Experiment Engine, reports and the validated advertising, social analytics, website analytics, SEO and Google Business Profile workspaces. Provider authorization and available source data are still required.
2. Growth
10 connected sources and 5 users. Includes the same validated software tools as Starter, with more account and team capacity, not a bundled managed-service team or guaranteed results.
3. Custom
Capacity and delivery are assessed before a proposal. There is no public Scale or unlimited package, included priority-response SLA, or automatic entitlement from a quotation.
Accounts and Seats
An OAuth login is permission to access a provider, not a connected source. Selected ad accounts, analytics/Search Console properties, social profiles and GBP locations consume slots. The same Google Ads customer selected through Google Ads and YouTube counts once. Reconnecting the same source does not consume a second slot. Active members and pending unexpired invitations reserve seats. Review usage before adding a source or inviting a person; exceeding a limit does not disconnect existing sources.
Trial and Checkout
- Starter offers a seven-day trial with Starter entitlements, no card and no automatic charge, subject to automated eligibility. Growth has no separate trial.
- Starter annual is available for Indian billing addresses only: one upfront annual total, about 16.7% below twelve Starter monthly payments. Growth is monthly only; its annual option is unavailable. Any monthly equivalent is only a comparison.
- Enter your actual billing country. A foreign-issued card may exceed Razorpay's international transaction limit even with an Indian billing address. Switch explicitly to monthly and review again if annual is unavailable; display currency never changes eligibility or the INR charge.
- Verified software payment activates access automatically; Growomo does not manually approve each subscriber.
- Checkout confirms the server-owned price, billing currency, applicable tax and total before payment. Unsupported billing countries use the contact/quotation path.
- Keep your chosen plan and billing cycle when signing in or selecting a team. Only a team owner or admin can purchase. Select your actual supported billing country; do not select India to bypass eligibility.
- All supported customers pay the same INR base price through Razorpay, with approved taxes added separately. Review the INR base amount, tax, total and renewal cycle before opening the secure recurring-payment window.
- If the catalog changes, reload the current price and review again. A cancelled or declined payment is not a purchase. If verification is delayed, Processing means settlement is not yet confirmed: check Billing or contact support before paying again.
Currency Display Is Not Billing
Every supported customer is charged in INR. Display currencies are INR, USD, AED, CAD, AUD, SGD, EUR, GBP, NZD, SAR, QAR and MYR. All plan and service-price estimates convert from the same INR base price. For example, an AED estimate for a UAE customer converts the INR price; the actual purchase is still charged in INR.
Rates refresh every four hours; observation dates remain visible during outages. Rates older than 72 hours are marked stale; estimates stop after seven days. Missing or invalid rates show Estimate unavailable beside the actual charge currency. Changing display currency never changes checkout, invoices or existing purchases. Banks may use different rates and charge conversion fees. Currency display is not a promise of payment or tax support in every country. Source reporting amounts retain their known currency; mixed or unknown currencies must not be silently added or treated as INR.
Managed Services
[Services](/services) and [Pricing](/pricing) show proposal-required starting packages: Performance Marketing Management, SEO & Search Visibility, Social Content Management, Google Business Profile Management, Influencer Campaign Coordination and Landing Page Build. Scope, cadence, exclusions, tax and the agreed fee are confirmed in the quotation. Acceptance does not create access: staff must deliberately activate the engagement and its scoped grants. Software users can connect their own accounts without purchasing any human delivery.
Managing Billing
Use Settings > Billing for the active subscription, actual billing currency, invoices, usage and cancellation. Existing paid-plan changes are assisted: contact support before changing capacity. Self-service proration and add-on checkout are not offered at launch; do not cancel and repurchase to work around this.
