Pricing questions

Is managed delivery included?
No. Starter and Growth include validated self-service tools. Human-managed services have separate proposal-required starting fees, English-language delivery for one market, agreed scope and staff activation after acceptance. Advertising spend, creator payments, rights, filming, hosting and paid tools are excluded unless quoted. See the published Pricing page for current fees and tax notes.
Can I change plans?
Existing paid-plan changes are assisted. Contact support from Billing to confirm capacity, effective date and charges; do not cancel and repurchase to work around a change.
Is there a setup fee?
Starter and Growth have no separate setup fee. Custom scope and charges are confirmed before purchase.
What payment methods are available?
All supported customers pay the same INR base price through Razorpay recurring checkout, with approved taxes added separately. Available methods depend on the provider and your supported billing country; international eligibility must be verified. Other display currencies are approximate INR conversions, not charge currencies. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
Can I try Starter for free?
Starter offers an eligible seven-day trial with no card and no automatic charge. Eligibility is checked automatically. Growth has no separate trial.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is available from account Settings. The effective date, access period, and billing treatment are shown before confirmation.
