Deletion request lifecycle
A source-derived guide to requesting, verifying, and completing deletion. The full instructions below control.
- RequestUse Settings, disconnect an integration, or email support@growomo.com
- Verify scopeIdentify the account, platform, request type, and relevant provider records
- CompleteReceive confirmation or an explanation of records that must be retained
Provider-side access may also need to be removed in Meta or the relevant provider settings.
If you can sign in to Growomo, open Settings and use Delete Account to delete your account and associated data. This signs you out after the request completes.
To delete or stop access for one connected platform, open Integrations and disconnect that integration. For privacy, export, correction, account deletion, or connected platform deletion requests, email support@growomo.com.
Include enough information for Growomo to identify the correct account, connected platform, and request scope. We may ask for additional verification before processing deletion.
- Your Growomo account email address.
- Your name and company name, if applicable.
- The request type, such as account deletion, connected platform deletion, data export, correction, or integration disconnect help.
- The connected platform name, such as Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook Page, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, YouTube, Google Business Profile, or Brevo.
- Relevant Meta Business, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other provider account identifiers if you know them.
For Meta-connected data, Growomo may process identifiers and performance records for Meta Business assets, ad accounts, campaigns, ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, creative metadata, and insight metrics that you authorized Growomo to access.
When you disconnect Meta or another OAuth integration, Growomo stops future syncs, removes the integration from active connected state, deletes or makes unusable stored OAuth credentials, and attempts provider-side OAuth revocation where supported.
- If provider revocation is unavailable, fails, or no usable token is available, Growomo will still disconnect locally and may direct you to remove Growomo from Meta or the relevant provider account settings.
- For API-key integrations, Growomo deletes the locally stored key and may instruct you to rotate or revoke the key in the provider dashboard.
For an approved deletion request, Growomo deletes, disables, or makes unusable data and access that it controls, subject to legal, security, payment, and backup-retention requirements.
- Growomo account access and active product session access.
- Usable OAuth tokens, API keys, refresh tokens, access tokens, and stored credentials controlled by Growomo.
- Active integration access and future platform sync for the affected connected platform.
- Growomo-controlled synced platform data and snapshots covered by the approved request.
- Support messages or request metadata when deletion is legally permitted and no longer needed for security, compliance, or dispute handling.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, payment, security, abuse-prevention, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons. Retained records are limited to what Growomo reasonably needs for those purposes.
- Invoices, tax records, payment records, refunds, chargeback records, and subscription history where required by law or payment providers.
- Security, abuse-prevention, access, and audit logs needed to protect Growomo and users.
- Non-sensitive disconnect audit metadata, such as platform, user, disconnect time, local disconnect status, and provider revocation status.
- Backup copies for a limited period, typically up to 30 days, before routine deletion.
- Records required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, enforce terms, or comply with valid legal requests.
Growomo may verify your identity, confirm the exact request scope, and ask for platform identifiers before deleting data. We will confirm completion by email or explain any records retained for legal, security, payment, audit, backup, or compliance reasons.
If your request affects connected third-party platforms, you may also need to remove Growomo access directly in Meta or the relevant provider settings to complete provider-side revocation outside Growomo.
